In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek at theseason 10 premiere, the 36-year-old from Panama admits to her friends at her bachelorette party that she had aBrazilian butt lift— but she hasn’t told Gino, 52, about the cosmetic procedure.
“So I’ve been dieting and exercising like crazy,” she shares. “But the problem is that, because I lost a lot of weight, that included the little butt that I had and [that’s] one of the few things that Gino compliments me [on].”
She continues, “He’s like, ‘Oh my gosh, your fat ass I love it,’ and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh what am I gonna do?’ It’s gone so I got butt implants and now my ass is so round and peachy. It’s just perfect.”

Jasmine reveals that Gino “doesn’t know” about the butt lift, which leaves her friends shocked. She adds, “I haven’t told him.”
Instead of asking him to pay for the procedure, she shares that she used the “allowance” he gave her for her wedding dress. Her pals appeared supportive of her decision.
“You use the dress one time, but the ass stays,” one friend says while another adds, “He’s going to enjoy it.”

Jasmine says she felt compelled to keep her surgery under wraps due to herfuture groom’sfrugal ways.
She admits the allowance is now “all gone.”
“I’m sitting on it right now,” she adds.
