The focussing will be on an fighting queue management , employee multitasking , and performing more nightlong repairs . Basically , non - Genius Bar staff will now aid take the air - in Genius Bar customers , whizz family line will now juggle multiple people who involve assist and there will be a renewed focal point on overnight repair in lieu of the “ while you wait ” repairs .
I ’m not sure if all these changes add up to a better experience but maybe I ’m just deplorable they did n’t add theFriend Bar . [ MacRumors ]
