To my fellow colleagues , but especially our LGBTQ+ community ,
give thanks you to all who have reached out to me share your nuisance , foiling and sorrow over the company ’s response to the Florida “ Do n’t Say Gay ” bill . talk to you , reading your messages , and get together with you have help me better understand how awful our quiet was . It is clear that this is not just an payoff about a bill in Florida , but instead yet another challenge to canonical human rights . You call for me to be a strong friend in the fight for equal rights and I let you down . I am regretful .
Our employees see the force of this neat company as an chance to do good . I agree . Yes , we need to apply our influence to promote that good by say inclusive stories , but also by standing up for the right hand of all .
