Hilarie Burtonis reflecting on an emotional time in her life.
TheOne Tree Hillalum, 41, joinedKelly Ripa, 53, on the SiriusXM podcastLet’s Talk Off Cameraand opened up about her experience with postpartum depression. Burton is mom to son Augustus “Gus,” 13, and daughter George Virginia, 5, who she shares with husbandJeffrey Dean Morgan, 57.
“For me, I, in a million years, would’ve never anticipated that I would have postpartum because I was such a Pollyanna. Right? I could make the best out of anything,” Burton tells Ripa.

“I was humiliated because I did not come from a world where that was done and it meant that I was a weaker woman for getting this help and at a certain point a couple years later, it just pissed me off, you know? I was just like, ‘I’m not weak, I’m a good mom,'” says Burton.
At the end of August, Burtonshared a sweet family photo with her two kids and her husbandas they sat at a restaurant. Burton stuck her tongue out and posed next to Gus while George rested her chin on her brother’s arm.
Morgan leaned over from the right and put bunny ears behind his daughter, wearing sunglasses and staring into the camera.
“The Morgans, of Bulls— Corner. Keepin’ it classy. 😘,” the mom of two captioned the post.
