In honor of theNew Girlalum’s 44th birthday on Wednesday, theProperty Brothersstar, 45, shared a touching tribute to his soon-to-be wife onInstagram. The post included a collage-style video, below, of photos taken throughout their relationship as instrumental piano music played in the background.

“We’re going to get through the holidays and then we’ve got probably the ultimate party to plan,” he said, referring to his and Deschanel’s special day. “We’ll think of the holidays and our caroling party as just a warm-up to the big party.”
