Lily Aldridgehas probably worn thousands of Victoria’s Secret bras during her tenure as a model for the brand.
Since she started with the company in 2009, she’s walked in almost a dozen Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows and starred in countless campaigns, so she’s a bit of a pro when it comes to a bra.
“I’m an aficionado, you could say,” Aldridge, 38, tells PEOPLE with a laugh. “I know all about them.”

Though it can be a universal truth among anyone who wears a bra that they can generally be awful — “they don’t have to be!” Aldridge says — finding the right one for you means you can have what Aldridge has, aka max comfort. She isnothere for anything constricting, so she’s happy to point you in the direction of finding the same thing for yourself.

Aldridge stars in the newest campaign alongside Imaan Hammam, Devyn Garcia, Mayowa Nicholas and more Victoria’s Secret faves, and the dreamy shoot took place in Mexico, which Aldridge gushed over being “whisked away” to alongside so many of her close friends.
She took some time away from the brand a couple years ago, and she tells PEOPLE that during those few years, what she missed most was working with her fellow models, whom she’d grown so close to.
“It’s been such a wonderful journey,” she says of not just this shoot but the many she’s done with the brand. “I just love being a part of the team and that camaraderie.”

Though she remains loyal to the same staple undergarments time and time again, what she’s wearing on the outside is a whole other story. Her style, she admits, is all over the place — but in a good way.
“My style is always changing and ever-evolving, and I feel like style is so fun,” she says, adding that she doesn’t really get into fashion trends, unless it’s with accessories. Aldridge prefers to stick to timeless pieces and play up her accessories instead.
“What’s so fun with fashion is you can play and become different characters and express yourself however you would like to do that. But I like buying timeless pieces that I can keep for as long as possible to pass down to my kids one day.
