Mauricio Umanskyis getting ready to honor his wifeKyle Richardsand their daughters on Tuesday’sDancing with the Stars,two days after he was spotted getting close to his pro partnerEmma Slater.
“Tonight’s Dance on @dancingwiththestars is about life and how it’s not always perfect and when you think it’s impossible to move mountains and you’re at your lowest moment and you think all doors are closed you need to rise up and rise unafraid and move mountains,” he wrote alongside a throwback photos of his family and rehearsal pics.
“My time was 1996 when Kyle and I got married and Alexia was born, we had Farrah and Alexia,” he added. “I was 26 when I was fired from my job and was broke. Kyle was my rock and together we rose up and we rose up 1000 x and we moved mountains a lot of them.”
He concluded: “It’s been an incredible journey. Tonight’s dance is dedicated to Kyle and my Family. Some #BTS”
The dedication comes after the reality star and Slater, 34, were seen smiling and laughing before going to dinner together in Beverly Hills on Sunday.
Slaterfiled for divorcefrom her husband of four years, fellow proSasha Farber, in February.

Back in July, PEOPLE exclusively broke the news that theHalloween Endsactress and Umansky had separated after 27 years of marriage. At the time, the estranged couple denied rumors they were getting divorced, but admitted to having a “rough year” in ajoint statementposted to Instagram.
Earlier this month, Umanskyopened upto PEOPLE about navigating a difficult period in the couple’s27-year marriage, saying, “We’ve been married for 27 years. We’re having a bit of a rough patch.”
He said that “sometimes life throws you different things” and “you’ve gotta work through it.” His marriage to Richards — the first 26 years of which were “amazing” — is no different.
“She and I currently are separated, but we are not throwing in the towel,” he shared. “We’re not just saying that to say that. We actually are not yet throwing in the towel.”

As for what he wants fans and the public to know about the situation, Umansky said, “It’s very difficult to be in the public eye and have so much inquisition when you’re going through something tough.
He continued, “My wife is just being looked at so intensely and it’s really not fair. She’s just a person. She’s an amazing human, she’s my best friend and she does not deserve to be so judged of everything she does.”
The realtor previously affirmed on The Agency’sRed Micpodcast that he and Richards werefighting to stay togetherduring an appearance.
“We were dealing with our own things, kind of, super quietly and internally, just our own issues,” he said on the episode. “I mean, certainly, we’re not separated. We’re not divorced at this point. We are not any of that stuff.”
He added that he andthe realitystar are “still dealing with our marriage.”
“We’ve been married for 27 years now together, and it’s been an amazing 27 years,” he said, before qualifying that “it’s been an amazing 26 years — and it’s been a difficult one year.”
