Friendly’sfans, rejoice!
The restaurant chain announced earlier this week that its belovedmini mozzarella stickshave returned to menus nationwide.
The fan-favorite meal left Friendly’s menus in 2022, but the company decided to bring back the “crispy, cheesy goodness” after “fans clamored for their return on social media and even started apetition on Change.org.”
“This time, it’s here to stay!” the chain added of the menu item, which is made up of 30 mini mozzarella sticks and served with a side of marinara sauce.

Along with the return of the mini mozzarella sticks, Friendly’s also announced several new menu additions, including Mac & Cheese, a Fried Clams Basket and a Friendly’s Patty Melt.
The chain similarly revealed the addition of two new grilled cheese items — the America’s Best Grilled Cheese, which features “a cheesy combination of Tillamook cheese white cheddar and sharp cheddar melted between sourdough bread,” and the Sweet & Savory Marionberry Grilled Cheese, which is “loaded with pepper jack with Tillamook cheese sharp cheddar and marionberry habanero pepper jelly melted between sourdough bread,” per Friendly’s.
Friendly’s also said that it is introducing a Senior Menu and Pick 2 Lunch Combo Menu. The first will offer “perfectly sized, value-priced meals” for guests 60 and up, the chain detailed, while the other will allow diners to choose from salads, soups and sandwiches/burgers for just $9.99."
