Currently residing in Trenton, N.J., he balances work and family and acts when he can. “I have three kids and I work overnight at a Whole Foods,” Guiry told PEOPLE in 2018. “If I’m lucky enough to act I still act.”

Vitar played the film’s super slugger, Benny “The Jet” Rodriguez, and continued acting for several years. AfterSandlot, Vitar appeared in the twoMighty Duckssequels,D2: The Mighty Ducks(1994) andD3: The Mighty Ducks(1996).
His final acting role in a 1997 episode ofChicago Hopeinspired him to become a firefighter in Los Angeles.

He also celebrated becoming afatherin 2018. “I’m a little behind some of these guys [hisSandlotcastmates] but I’m an actor. I’m onGLOW, did a couple episodes of the second season. I like to let them get good and jump on the bandwagon,” he joked. Renna is active on social media, and in 2021he posted a photo recreating his famous “called shot” scenefromThe Sandlot. In 2022,he shared an adorable photo of himselfwith his son Flynn at a kids' baseball game, captioning it, “Just call me coach.”

Marty York as Alan “Yeah-Yeah” McClennan

York juggles occasional acting gigs (Boy Meets World,Hey Arnold!,The Eric Andre Show) but primarily focuses on his fitness. “I personal train on the side and I still do acting,” he told PEOPLE in 2018. “I did an episode of the Golden Globe-nominated showSMILF[in 2017].”
In 2021, York appeared ina documentary short about his lifeand spoke about surviving a life-changing car accident.
Brandon Quintin Adams as Kenny DeNunez

Adams was a prolific child actor well beforeSandlot. He appeared inMichael Jackson’sMoonwalker, several seasons ofA Different WorldandThe Mighty Ducks(1992). After the release ofThe Sandlot, he appeared in episodes ofThe Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,Boy Meets World,MoeshaandSister, Sisterand also branched out into voice acting for a couple of video games and as the narrator of the 2021 filmThe Resort.
He’s also a family man and told PEOPLE in 2018, “I’m still acting and am a dad forever,” he said.
Grant Gelt as Bertram Grover Weeks

Gelt stepped away from acting in the late-’90s and in 2018 he told PEOPLE that he lives and works in Nashville. “I do business development and run a creative agency for a tech company,” he shared.

After a lengthy hiatus, he returned to acting in the 2018 independent filmGet Married or Die. From 2017 to 2019, he hosted the podcastVic in a Box.
Shane Obedzinski as Tommy “Repeat” Timmons

BeforeThe Sandlot, Obedzinski appeared in the moviesMy Girl(1991) andMatinee(1993) but transitioned away from acting shortly after the release of the movie.
In 2018, he told PEOPLE that he lives and works in Florida. “I own a restaurant in Tampa, Florida, [Times Square Pizza Company,] and am trying to do [acting] stuff on the side while I can,” he said.
